These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

We will not be held accountable for any incidental or consequential damage relating to products or delivery.

All equipment/products should be installed by a qualified electrical engineer.

The installer of the products shall supply and install correctly sized/rated protective devices and cabling for the products being installed and shall comply with the local wiring requlations. Written electrical Guidance should be obtained where the installer is unsure, so as to insure that a safe electrical installation is carried out.

The customer is to fully acquaint themselves with product information to understand the limitations, requirements and ratings of the products. General guidance is provided on products by Funky4LED and is offered in goodfaith and not as a design service. Full detailed manufacturer literature/information is available either on the website, or, on request for the customer to formulate their own design.

Goods physical and technical specifications may differ from that at time of order and clients should install to the final delivered ordered specification of goods.

Although we try to ensure we keep good stock of products delivery may be up to 21 days if we are awaiting delivery from the manufacturers.

Sales from this web site to individuals (not businesses) are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (UK Law Directive 97/7/EC), which protect you by providing a 7 working day 'cooling off' period after the product has been delivered. We increase this period to 14 days (including weekends) on a voluntary basis and offer this returns period to businesses and individuals alike. The 14 day return period starts the day after delivery.

It is only when we have dispatched the goods to you and payment is received in full that we have a binding contract. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered and refund any payment made.

Should you wish to cancel an order you have the right to receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds will be made to the card used to pay for the goods. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of the goods being returned safely.

Our refund policy is effective/begins once the original goods are returned to us satisfactory.

Some goods are subject to a 40% restocking charge (please see product information detailing which are exempt from this).

The goods/packaging must be unmarked and free from blemishes and returned in a saleable condition.

Products that have been specially ordered, adapted or customised for you cannot be returned.

Any accompanying products ordered specifically for use with the product must be returned at the same time.

We strive to supply goods in excellent condition. We will repair or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery. This is in addition to our 2 year guarantee.

If you do wish to cancel or return an order you must contact us in writing and obtain a Returns Authorisation code. If you return an item without this code clearly marked on the packaging we cannot replace it or refund any money. Please pack the relevant items securely, write your personalised return authorisation code on the outsite of the parcel and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 days after the day you received the item.

After 14 days, commencing the day after you received the goods we are unable to accept returns.

The Customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Goods must be returned 'as new' or in the same condition that they were received. There should be no damage, all parts, items should be returned, all packaging must be included and the packaging must not be defaced in any manner.

We do not refund carriage charges applied to the initial order, neither do we pay for the cost of returning the items to us, unless faulty or incorrectly picked goods were supplied.

We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery.

The customer is required to check goods at time of delivery, prior to signing receipt.

Goods purchased for areas outside the UK using non standard UK plate sizes cannot be refunded, only a credit will be issued against the clients account.

Cash on delivery is only available for clients within a 5 mile radius of Funky4LED head office.

Finally, we are only human and we do not sell products that are listed in error or for free (£0.00) cost. Hence, no products set at zero rate (£0.00) or listed in error will not be dispatched until the products are paid for at the correct value as agreed and set by Funky4LED.
